Nick founded PassivePlace in 2016, and brings 20 years of experience in logistics, project management, construction, key account development and relationship management in both the residential and commercial construction service sectors. Nick applies systems-thinking to address homelessness, economic regeneration and manufacturing innovation to the Community and Affordable Housing sector. By using the internationally recognized building standard known as “Passivhaus” and through engagement, planning, community building, design, and construction, PassivePlace has transformed a homelessness problem into an integrated, low-carbon and resilient community. Nick has managed contracts for many of Australia’s largest companies, including Lend Lease, Mirvac Group, Qantas Airways Limited, and Westfield Group.
