Brigitte is a human resources professional with over 25 years of experience working for professional services firms.  She has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and to provide guidance, advice, and support, with the objective of adding value to the business.  Through the pursuit of best practice, she is positioned to partner effectively with the senior leadership of organisations to drive the best outcomes for its businesses.

She has worked both locally and overseas including nine years working with a global management consulting firm.  She possesses a proven track record of having built strong relationships with a wide variety of people and a pro-active solutions-focussed approach.  She has managed and led HR activity in strategy, recruitment, performance management, staff development, and policy.
