Futureye at Food Regulations and Labelling Standards Conference

Futureye at Food Regulations and Labelling Standards Conference

This conference, now in its 15th year, attracts regulators, manufacturers and retailers from all over Australia who seek to understand the complex issues surrounding food regulations and labelling standards. Whilst safety underpins the critical issues surrounding food, consumers are increasingly interested in the quality, origin and content of manufactured food. This year’s conference will advance the discussion on whether or not the existing industry paradigm addresses consumer information health concerns and the responsibility of labelling to address and the industry to address these concerns.

Futureye Managing Director, Katherine Teh-White will introduce Social Licence to Operate theory and Futureye Consultant, Lydia Buchtman, will lead a workshop on Risk communication and management for food safety on Day two of the conference.
