Marc Donaldson specializes in cocoa, chocolate and related areas. Marc has over 30 years of experience in the development and marketing of cocoa and chocolate products, 17 of which have been in Asia. Previously he has held senior executive posts as President, Head of Europe and Director of Cocoa Sustainability at Delfi Cocoa (part of the Petra Foods Group), CEO and Head of Innovation at Heritage Fine Chocolates Pte, and Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Barry Callebaut from 1997 – 2007. Marc has in depth knowledge of cocoa & chocolate as commodities, manufacturing and process knowledge, R&D innovation, sustainability development & project management, he also has hands on experience of M&A in Asia and, in particular, China.
