Kristina is a Director at Futureye with over 20 years’ experience in helping organisations manage sustainability risks, capture opportunities and build value for the organisation. She previously worked as a geologist and environmental manager with major mining companies in operational and corporate roles; at the international level with the global multi-sector business leadership organisation World Business Council for Sustainable Development; as a Partner in a global consulting company working with mining, oil and gas and other sectors; and as the chair of leading industry environmental and water groups. She currently chairs the industry advisory group for the Centre for Water in the Mineral Industry; and was recently invited by the Australian Federal Government to chair an updated government-industry leading practice water management handbook.

Kristina helps organisations understand and mitigate risks and outrage around social licence to operate challenges. She develops practical strategies that result in a step change in company and supply chain performance that directly adds value to the bottom line and builds social licence. Kristina has developed sustainability and water strategies for leading mining, oil and gas and other sectors. Her recent work was to build a global water strategy that integrated direction on water across the company. The company became recognised as a leader in water management building financial and shared value for the organisation.
