Daniel Abbas

About

Daniel has seven years’ experience in higher education as a management consultant and thirteen years’ experience in technology consulting. He is an expert in digital innovation and transformational change and a trusted advisor to executives in government and not-for-profits and academics leaders in universities.

He is an Associate Director at Futureye and the product development lead for WikiCurve, Futureye’s digital engagement platform. He is passionate about the life-changing impact of education and has a particular interest in EdTech and new models for education delivery. He co-founded Curio Academy, an educational service provider with an innovative networked delivery-model. He was previously the Head of Digital for Nous Group where he tackled major social issues and Group Business architect of REA group (realestate.com.au) developing agile collaboration practices.

Daniel’s qualifications include an MBA and dean’s commendation from Monash University, a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Computer Science, both from RMIT University.
