Cath has an extensive background in social and environmental policy and civil society development, gained in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She worked full-time for non-government advocacy and policy organisations in Australia from 1985 until 2012, including community services and social policy, international development and environmental organisations. In the last decade, she has actively led ground-breaking multi-stakeholder partnership processes aimed for social outcomes.
